Black Out......

Well, last night very interesting events occurred. While I was editing my photos for my denim post there was a power outage due to the severe thunderstorm twiddling around outside. Even though the storm left my house pitch black, (which hundreds of candles brought dim light) the night was a quite memorable. I managed to win a few games of candlelit dominoes, sang an awful array of songs with my sister and "little brother" and even managed to play a few rounds of the humming game. I also tried a little photography with the pictures above which where taken in front of my house and from my speckled candle. Yes, I guess it was a pretty memorable evening. Maybe there should be power outages more often, without the lightening or thunder of course.

I've never gone through a blackout. I kinda want to, it seems like one of those cute little clichéd scenes in a movie.

I loathe power outages. For some reason, they scare me. But I wouldn't mind having some thunder storms. :] I miss the rain.

I actually like power outages. Technology has a hold on our family, no one spends time together in our house because everyone has their own personal tv and computer. Power outages are the only time our family actually spends together in peace a quiet.

sitting on the couch together as a family with candles lol

I'm adding your blog to my list if you dont mind
