Channeling Jenni Kayne

Jenni Kayne Fall 2008 collection is nothing more than quiet sexiness. What is quiet sexiness you wondered. Well it's something that is sexy without being over the top. I myself, am a firm believer that you don't have to bare a lot of skin to be sexy. I believe that when women try to hard to look sexy by wearing really revealing clothing that is extremely tight, it often looks unpleasant. This belief is probably why I am such a fan of Ms. Kayne. The understated, sexy appeal of her clothes is quite elegant. Not to mention how perfectly tailored the clothes fit to the body. I "tried" with "tried" being the operative word, to portray her look. I find that my version is mediocre at best. Its noticeably minus the glasses, gloves and I've opted to pair the skirt with a black jacket vs. my brown one, because it just looked better. Plus I noticed that I come off looking so sad which isn't me at all. I smile all the time and I think maybe its time to let you all see. So I'll start posting pictures with a smirk or something of that nature. :)

Jenni rocks! Love the striped shirt. And I am so psyched about these navy & black combos for fall!

Very elegant and chic young lady.
And those models look extra long and lean :)

I know, I was trying to resize them because they were too large so the models look a lot longer because of me. Haha, Sorry!!

Thank you so much for your comments, you ladies are awesome!!

I love the third (?) outfit of you in the shimmery long skirt and cropped moto jacket. Is the skirt from AA? :) Thanks for your comments, doll. xx

Sorry I missed the questions about the skirt from fashionchalet and Nicole. I actually made this skirt. I have so much fabric lying around I decided to make this skirt which I wore in the last post for the Socialite as well.

You look great! I especially love the second look.

I find elegant sexiness the most sexy.. It takes a lot more sex appeal to look smoking in elegant clothes than in skin tight boob baring things!

I love her boots in the bottom left corner, my God, I'll be dreaming about those.
I like your first look, on the left; I am not convinced on the hologram skirt I've seen on some blogs recently (AA right?)
